Creator’s Copyrights Policy

The creator of their own creation and creativity have the rights to keep a copy of their work in their portfolio with or without the anyone consents. If the client are informed and requested to keep the information unpublicized, then we shall move it to a secured page which requires a password to view.

But under no circumstances shall our work be removed from DSDexigns website.


Progressive Work Antics

Although DSDexigns is freelance, we always think what is applicable and best for the client. We will provide quality work which most professional company does, as well as e-Marketing and Promoting the website to get their website started.

If there is a special request from our clients and is not beyond any of our skill sets, they will have it. If not, we’ll work around and ideals out with a best solution as an alternative.


Maps, Images and other property rights

All images, maps and elements use in our projects are based on Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 where we are allowed for commercial and modifications of their work.
  • If the elements are not under Creative Common Rights, DSDexigns will seek permission from the author first before proceeding.
  • If the elements are licensed and the client insisted in using it, it will falls under ’stolen work’. In this situation, the client have to provide us with a confirmation email that DSDexigns or any of our partners will not be held responsible for anything nor any involvement and are free from legal matters that may occured in the later future.


Project Funding Policy

  • 40% of the project value have to be deposit once the sample/template is confirmed.
  • FULL PAYMENT must be made in order to receive the complete product.
  • All payment and deposit are to be made via Cash or Wire-Transfered only.
  • If a client insisted on Cheques or delaying payment, project handover will halt till further notice.


Project Cancellation

Upon cancellation of project when some work have been done, under no circumstances shall they retrieved back the deposit payment.
  • The client will instead retrieve 40% of the project if the project status is greater.
  • Otherwise they will retrieve what have been done till date.


Re-continuing a canceled project

In few cases where if the clients changes their mind and wish to lift the cancellation, the entitled project will considered as a new project and a different contract.
